Classes

All classes, once booked, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Treatments

If you are unable to make an appointment for your treatment, you can contact me to reschedule up to 24 hours beforehand.
I am unable to offer refunds or rescheduling if I receive your notification within 24 hours of the appointment time, as this would not allow enough time to offer the appointment to another client.

Bookings for Men: I do not accept bookings for men without referral.

Block bookings

Packages of four treatments (for either 1-2-1 Restorative Yoga, Facelift Massage or Vibroacoustic Massage.) are valid for 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase. Once purchased, bookings can be made using the ‘Book Now’ button on the appropriate page.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates (for either 1-2-1 Restorative Yoga, Facelift Massage or Vibroacoustic Massage) are valid for 3 months (30 days) from the date of purchase. Once purchased, bookings can be made using the ‘Book Now’ button on the appropriate page.

I am unable to offer refunds on gift vouchers.

Availability

All bookings are subject to availability – and I reserve the right to cancel and refund any bookings should capacity be exceeded.
