Monthly Restorative Yoga

with Sound Immersion

Held on Friday evening in Portsmouth &

Sunday afternoon in Westbourne

In this gentle practice, you'll be guided into supportive poses so that you can rest & encourage the body to open gently, & let go of deeply held tension, to allow your muscles to fully release and your mind to quiet.

Then immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls .
As the bowls are played, their calming tones resonate through your body, helping to balance your energy and further relax your nervous system.
This sound immersion creates a meditative state, where the soothing frequencies encourage deep relaxation, clarity of mind, and a sense of inner peace.

Yoga for Ease - A day to Unwind the Body

Held at the beautiful space of St Lukes Church, Southsea, Portsmouth

Saturday 10th May 10am- 4pm

Let go of stress, invite in ease, and leave feeling lighter, more grounded.
Join us for a day of gentle movement, and mindfulness designed to bring ease into your body and peace to your mind.

Through gentle flows, breath work, and guided relaxation, and sound immersion you will release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with a sense of calm

This is your time to slow down, soften, and simply be.

The day will involve Scaravelli inspired Yoga led by Max from https://www.yogawithmax.com/.

Scaravelli Yoga encourages sensitivity & awareness of your body, integrating hand mudras and soft rhythmic breathing to awaken the body. We will explore what the vagus nerve is and how it connects to the parasympathetic nervous system (your "rest and digest" state).


How vagus nerve activation can lower stress, reduce anxiety, improve digestion, and enhance overall well-being.

You will learn practical techniques to take home, which will be woven into the day which will include journaling, breathing exercises, mindful walking & other various techniques.

To end the day there will be a short Sound Immersion with the gentle sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, while I guide you into a state of deep relaxation

Herbal teas & healthy snacks will be provided throughout the day.

Please bring your own pack lunch to enjoy during our midday break.

Your Yoga mat, 3 blankets, 1 yoga bolster & pillow.
