Relax & Re-energise with Restorative Yoga & Sound Immersion

This is such a relaxing way to De-stress, Re-energise & Re-balance after a busy week.
Restorative yoga is unlike any yoga you have ever experienced before.
With the focus being purely on a deep letting go and relaxation of the central nervous system you get to unwind and rest fully.
The combination of restorative yoga and the healing frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls can reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and create a sense of inner peace.
During these 75 minutes of Blissful Restorative Yoga in a small group, I will teach you how to set up bolsters, with bricks & blocks so that you can rest in poses that encourage the body to open gently, with no forcing or effort, letting go of deeply held tension.
I will always be guiding you & encouraging you to stay focused with the breath, to encourage you to ‘let go’ & re-connect to your body.
You will learn techniques to create an ongoing healing practice to support deep relaxation, to consciously release tension & aid better sleep.
Equipment
Students must bring their own:
• Yoga mat
• 2 blankets
• Eye pillow / mask (optional)
In addition, you will need:
• 1 yoga bolster*
• 2 bricks*
• 2 blocks*
• 1 yoga belt*

These items may be loaned to the student for their first session only in order to familiarise themselves with the required equipment.*
